Kidney lesion and insufficiency which develop in complicated system intestinal infections, diphtheria and viral hepatitis B, aggravate the prognosis of the course of the disease and determine lethal outcome. Because of the presence of its surface of the cellar membranes of endotoxine molecules, the gram-negative infection preconditions in the organism the development of the cascade of mediator reactions, which lead to infectious toxic shock and polyoprganic damages where kidneys are not only the result of the side influence of infectious process, but also one of the main target organs. The author proves the role of kidney lymphatic system in compensatory mechanisms of drainage damage interstition and overflow of the canaliculi system during the period of toxinemia and polyoprganic damages development, which determines the necessity of search for new ways of detoxication considering endolymphatic injection of anti-toxic serum as well as elaboration of the methods of correcting glomerular and tubulo-interstitial kidney lesions with provision of urine passage normalization. The thesis is dedicated to the studies of the issue of new pathogenetic mechanisms of kidney lesion in diseases of bacterial and viral etiology.
