Essay

The thesis is devoted to the research of political mechanisms of providing citizens with the equal conditions of participation in forming party policy. The definition of "public participation in formation of party policy" and analyze of this process are proposed in the thesis. The influence of citizens on party policy is considered as an important mechanism of the realization of social interests. The author proposes recommendations on providing Ukrainian citizens with the mechanisms of the influence on party policy. These recommendations are based on the analysis of the democratic states' experience in this sphere and they are also based on the research on preconditions for using this experience in Ukraine.
