Essay

The thesis deals with the research of the influence of combined action of heavy metals’ salts and immobilizing stress on the chronorhythms of functional, fibrinolytic and proteolytic activity of kidneys and correction by melatonin the violations caused by xenobiotics. With a help of modern metods of investigation, the circadian chronorhythms of the functional, fibrinolytic and proteolytic activity of kidneys have been established as well as biologic liquids under conditions of 1-hous immobiizing stress ction on the background of administration of combined mixture of thallium, lead and aluminium chlorides. It has been investigated the role of epiphysical hormone-melatonin – in regulation of circadian disorders, caused by pathogenic factors of the different etiology (immobililizing stress and heavy metals’ salts). The pointed indole of pineal gland has been found to have nephroprotective ability. Administration of exogenous melatonine 1 hour before immobilizing stress on the back ground of combined action of thallium, lead and aluminium palts in different periods of a day are said to cause the improvement of parameters of diuresis, renal transport of sodium ions, acidogenesis processes, nephron’s functional state, fibrinolytic and proteolytic activity of the kidneys and biological liquids.
