Dissertation is devoted to research of lipid spectrum of blood, endocardium and myocardium, activity of prostacyclin and thromboxan-synthesizing systems, markers of endothelial dysfunction (thrombomodulin, von Willebrand factor, 5’ nucleotidase) and morphologic changes of endothelium of heart under influence of emotional and pain stress, alimentary hypercholesterolemia and their combination. Influence of emotional and pain stress on endothelium of endocardium and microcirculation of myocardium is characterized by the increase of activity of PGI2 and TxA2- synthesizing systems, by the increase of content of free cholesterol and free fatty acids in cells, by the formation of endothelial bodies and by the full desquamation of separate endotheliocytes. Hypercholesterolemia is followed by the accumulation of cholesterol in plasma membranes of heart’s endotheliocytes. Synthesis of TxA2 exceeds over the synthesis of PGI2. Hypercholesterolemia potentiates the action of emotional and pain stress and the sign ofit is the increase of quantity of endothelial bodies, the intensification of process of desquamation of endotheliocytes and the increase of content of markers of endothelial dysfunction in blood.
