The dissertation is dedicated to the complex research of the Constitutional Legal status of the institutes of the political system of the State Tennessee within the limits of the American Federation. Historical, political and legal factors are examined in the work. Those factors influenced the process of making the federalism in the USA. In the work there are some considered questions about the juridical vagueness of the Constitutional norms of the USA, 1787, which form the flexible type of relations between the federal center and the states. There is a reference of the main stages of the Constitutional development of the Tennessee State. The peculiarity of political parties and lobbyist’s organizations of the state is determined in the work. The specific character of the Constitutional Legal regulation of the electoral system of Tennessee is opened here. Some modern tendencies of the development of the organs of government and local government organs in Tennessee are examined in the work.
