The materials of researches are stated in the dissertation concern: epizootic situations with fasciolоsis, fasciolоsis-dicroceliosis and fasciolоsis-strongylatosis organs of digestion invasion at the cattle in conditions of Forest-steppe and Steppe zones of Ukraine; pathoanatomical changes in a liver, histological - in lymph nodes, morphological and biochemical - in a blood of animals, striked by fasciolas; improvement of an intravital diagnostics of the fasciolosis, testing and introduction in manufacture of new antihelmintics Kombitrem and Raphensol for cattle treatment at the fasciolоsis. The obtained data are taken as a principle of developed references concerning struggle against the fasciolosis of animals. The basic intermediate owner for a specie F. hepatica in the conditions of the Forest-steppe zone (the Poltava area) is small pond snail L. truncatula. The fasciolosis at the cattle is accompanied by appreciable pathoanatomical changes in a liver, especially in its right, square and caudal parts, and in lymph nodes by results of histological researches by a lymphadenitis, an angiosclerosis and a hemosiderosis. The fasciolosis in liver are characterised by destructive stromal-vascular and necrotic changes. In a territory of the central part of Ukraine (the Poltava area) еggs fasciolas are capable to winter in climatic conditions of the Forest-steppe zone of Ukraine. Eggs which were placed on a ground surface during the summer period (August) kept viability throughout 8 months, and in winter (February) - 6 months. It is studied therapeutic and antihelmintics economic efficiency for fasciolosis invasion of the big cattle, their positive effect on morphological and biochemical indicators of animals sick of helminthiases blood is established.
