Essay

Objects - nanodispersed suspension of Silics ("colloidal solution"), antimicrobial (levomycetin and ciprofloxacin) and additional (glucose) substances, pharmaceutically manufactured complex nanosuspensions "Eye drops with levomycetin" and "Eye drops with ciprofloxacin", rabbit's eyes with experimental bacterial keratitis; of ciprofloxacin adsorption onto the silica surface from water solution, influence of adsorption interaction with Silics onto antimicrobial properties spectroscopy, point-by-point measurement of adsorption level, plotting of the adsorption isotherm, agar diffusion, potentiometric, titrometric, gravimetric, bacterial keratitis modeling, clinical, bacteriological, histological and morphological; novelty - stability conditions of highly disperse silica suspension have been detected at presence of glucose, levomycetin, and ciprofloxacin, parameters of levomycetin and ciprofloxacin; results - proposed eye drops "Ophtasil" with contents of Silics 2 %, levomycetin 0,25 %, and glucose 5 %,and"Ophtasil С" with contents of Silics 2 %, ciprofloxacin 0,3 %, and glucose 5 % that have complex antimicrobial and disintoxication action, safe, cheap, analytic normative documentation project for eye drops "Ophtasil" has been developed, results have been introduced into science and studying process of pharmaceutical chemistry department of Vinnitsa National Medical University; area - pharmacy.
