Neshta V. Prophylactic and complex treatment pyoinflammatory wounds complications in urgent abdominal surgeries with using of application sorbents

Object - white rats-males, urgent abdominal patients; the purpose - reduction of frequency of pyoinflammatory complications and improvement of results of treatment; methods - clinical, laboratory, bacteriological, cytologic, immunologic, statistical; theoretical results - are expanded representations about the pathological mechanism pyoinflammatory wounds process, the reasons of development of complications are specified, on the basis of a theoretical substantiation the qualitatively new sorbent of "Sertasil" was created, an estimation of severity of a condition of patients, forecasting of development of complications and a possible outcome of diseases by theoretical substantiation using immunologic, cytologic and laboratory methods; practical result - efficiency of preventive maintenance and treatment of patients with wounds complications is raised; novelty - is proved efficiency of application sorbents and probiotic "Linex" for treatment of pyoinflammatory wounds, their influence on immunity indicators is investigated, the expediency of application C-reactive protein, indicators of immunity, cytomorphological indicators for the forecast of complications is proved, are developed new application sorbents of "Metrosil" and "Sertasil"; it is entered - into practical work of medical institutions; area - surgery.
