Gryschenko O. Purveying and sale activity at milk-processing plants: ways of improvement

Theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of purveying and sale activity at milk-processing enterprises of Ukraine and Mykolayiv region, and such specific form of production organization as condensed dairy products have been investigated. Researches are directed to certain suggestions and approaches in relation to the protection of standard production activity and foremost, in the field of purveyance of raw material, other production resources and sales of finished dairy products. The special attention is concentrated on the necessity of forming a reliable raw materials source, involving households by the proper motivation of participation of milk-processing enterprises in investing the development of the cattle breeding in an agrarian sector, improvement of all system of the finished products sales, taking into consideration the requirements of market and on the basis of the effective marketing with gradual introduction of logistic elements. Specifik approaches and the ways of deepening marketing activity at milk-processing enterprises have been offered. The major ways of improvement purveying and sales work at the enterprise as well as the stature, aims and ofjectives of the marketing servise have been grounded. The above mentioned has been embodied and realized in the practical actsvity of milk-processing enterises of Mykolayiv region.
