Dissertation is devoted to the study of main pathogenesis mechanisms of blackhead disease’s development, the role of sexual hormones and changes of immune system in the course of this pathological condition. Dynamics of the level of sexual hormones was studied in researched 16-30 aged 110 men and 25 practically reality healthy. Family anamnesis and course’s heaviness of patient’s blackhead disease were taken into account. It has been established, that first of all hormonal condition of patients with blackhead disease depends on as period of disease’s course, as disease’s heredity. It must be marked, that dehydroepiandrosteron-sulfate has the biggest changes among hormone’s levels. It is dynamics was the highest among patients with middle degree of disease. It is shown that especially significant decrease of the level of T-helpers and immune regulation index were marbed in men with middle and heavy types of blackhead disease, where disease’s period was more than 12 months. The conclusion is made that disturbances of the digestive tract depend on degree of course’s heaviness of disease. Original mathematic model of blackhead disease was invented, which allows to represent course’s character of pathological condition so clearly and took in amount dependence from the level of sexual male hormones’ metabolism and family anamnesis.
