Sydorenko I. . Charismatic Personality and Community: Moral-ethic Aspect of Cooperation

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the problem of morally-ethic aspect of co-operation "charismatic personality-community". The author examines the existing approaches to the study of these socially-cultural phenomena, selecting basic: 1) socially-psychological researches; 2) research of a problem of historical activity of the masses; 3) analysis of role of the masses in the conditions of the totalitarian modes; 4) researches of technologies and practices of manipulation of the mass consciousness . Morally-ethic aspect of co-operation "charismatic personality-community" is examined in the dissertation, coming from the process of socially-historical transformations and psychological researches of these problems. At a socially-historical analysis the author accents on the new type of man - "a man - mass". The part of work based on psychological researches leads us to the sources of moral ideal, to the relations of domination-submission, to the problems of myths creation. It is traced the main conditions of forming of charismatic personality and expectation in relation to a moral ideal in Ukraine on the basis of historical and modern theoretical and empiric materials
