Golovko G. Preventive treatment of preeclampsia in women of a big industrial city.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of investigation of new pathogenesis' chains, prophylaxis and treatment of preeclampsia in pregnants of a big industrial city. Influence of social, economic, ecological agents on development of preeclampsia in in women of a big industrial city is examined. On the base of lymphocytes' succinatedegidrogenase dynamics investigation importance of cellular energetic exchange impairment during preclinical preeclampsia in pregnants of a big industrial city is demonstrated. Changes of catecholamine deposit function of erythrocytes during preclinical preeclampsia in pregnants of a big industrial city are shown. Changes of women's psychological status during preclinical period of preeclampsia are demonstrated. Impairment of POL- antioxydative system activity, impairment of cellular membrane function during preclinical preeclampsia in pregnants of a big industrial city were investigated. On the base of obtained results improved methods of preclinical preeclampsia features' treatment are substantiated and led into health care practice. These methods are based on the complex examination of clinical and pathogenetic changes of homeostasis during this disease. New criteria of preeclampsia development prognosis at the stage of preclinical display in pregnants of a big industrial city are advised.
