Mykhaіlov D. Clinical peculiarities and choice of treatment tactics in patients with acute purulent nonobstructive pyelonephritis.

The work is dedicated to study of peculiarities of clinical course of purulent forms of acute nonobstructive pyelonephritis: diffuse, focal and renal abscess that were revealed as independent pathologies but not the stages of the certain process. The work was based on results of examination and treatment of 180 patients. The absence of transformation of one form to another and presence of reliable typical peculiarities for each form testify to it.The hospitilized morbidity of acute purulent nonobstructive pyelonephritis was evaluated. General level and rates in its structure remain stable.For the first time the factors of complicated course of disease (diabetes mellitus, old age, differential blood count changes, size of abscess) were defined concretely and its influence to treatment results was evaluated.The proposed methodics of taking into account of factors of complicated course and factors influented to treatment result is based on generally accessible diagnostic methods (USI, estimation of leucocytic index) and allows to improve treatment results in urology departments of all levels
