Savytsky A. Speech-motor activity correction of preschoolers with children's aphasia

Thesis work is dedicated to a problem of motor and speech functions reactivation of a child with aphasia after oncotomy of encephaloma.It is established that 4-7 years old children with oncotomy of glioblastoma from the deep brain sections have got speech disorders and motor disabilities of the right side of the body. It is also established that the main violation of the motor and speech sphere are relative to symptoms of the motor aphasia, which is complicated with right-sided hemiparesis. The specific peculiarities and psychological mechanisms of mentioned speech and motor disabilities are determined; the ways of correction-rehabilitation work are circumscribed. It is proved that the early beginning of the correction-rehabilitation training, which sets in motor functions rehabilitation of a child with aphasia as well as early using of a special methods of reactivation of speech functions are able to short terms of rehabilitation period vastly. It is established high effectiveness of the rehabilitation work, which is kept by a specialist, who has got both speech therapy and physical rehabilitation techniques knowledge.
