Wang P. Differential diagnostics and laparoscopic treatment of endometrioid cysts of ovary.

Scientific work is devoted to devoted to carry out the method of differential diagnostics of endometrioid cysts and endometrioid ovary cancer IA stage and it was discussed the results of clinical analysis of laparoscopically assisted radical hysterectomy with hanging type laparoscope and radical vaginal hysterectomy. The treatment applied to women with uterine myoma with/without adenomyosis and atypical endometrial hyperplasia. It was shown the safety and efficacy of using of this laparoscope for operations and absence of postoperative complication, and also absence of reliable changes of prolonged operation and temporary haemorrhage comparatively with radical vaginal hysterectomy. It was shown variability of concentration of CA125 in blood and placental protein PP14 in histological material of normal endometrium, endometioid cysts and ovarian cancer. Expression of placental protein PP14 in endometioid cysts and ovarian cancer is biomolecular marker endometioid genesis of tumor. It worked out the algorithm for differential diagnostics of endometioid cysts and ovarian cancer, and was proposed the methodic recommendation for gynecologic hospitals.
