. It is experimentally proved that coordination compound of germanium with nicotinamide (MIGY-2) shows the maximal detoxicative activity in conditions of intraperatoneal application in dose 87.4 mg/kg 48 minutes prior to the beginning of DNOC introduction to stomach and 112.9 mg/kg 5 minutes after it.Аt the base of antidote therapeutic action of MAGU-2 in DNOC-intoxication the ability of coordination compound to prevent the formation of spread membrane pathology lies. It realizes by means of effective regulation of prooxidant-antioxidant homeostasis by prevention of antioxidant profile disturbance and inhibition of generation and storage of free radical in tissues of poisoned animals/ Moreover, the detoxicative of MIGU-2 realizes in correction of chain of parameters of energetic homeostasis as a result of misbalance prevention in system ATP-ADR-AMP in rats with DNOC-intoxication, and modification of the investigated poison at the stages of absorption, biotransportation, distribution and excretory-eleminative processes
