Essay

Thesis is devoted to captopril chemical-toxicological research. Methods of captopril discovery by coloured reactions, UV-spectroscopy, HPLC, TLC and electrophoresis were developed. The specific method of captopril discovery by derivative TLC was offered. The methods of captopril and captopril disulfide quantitative determination were developed. Efficiency of general methods of organic poisons isolation was compared and individual method of captopril isolation from biomaterial was developed. Scheme of biomaterial chemical-toxicological analysis for captopril was grounded. Objects of chemical-toxicological analysis and term of captopril keeping in biomaterial were established.
