Kim Y. Management of company's financial safety system.

In the dissertation we carried out a profound research of company's financial security system and developed recommendations in regards of its improvement under the conditions of economic uncertainty. National, state, economic and financial safety of Ukraine has been explored as well as its correlation and place of company's financial security in the national security. Worldwide and domestic experience of research and management of financial security system has been generalized. Conceptual approach has been substantiated as for formation of company's financial security system taking into consideration branch peculiarities and sourcing of financial changes. We have made a research in the field of modern ways of evaluations of financial risks and their influence onto forming of company's financial security system under different conditions. A complete systemic analysis has been performed and we have evaluated predicted changes of indices of the management of company's financial security system under conditions of current world financial crisis and constant deficit of financial resources. In the dissertation we have grounded the ways of improvement of management of financial security system based on modern organizational and legal foundations as well as towards formation of basic elements of management of financial safety system, methods of its functional on the basement of controlling.
