Essay

The research object is the process of forming and development of corporate culture of machine-building enterprises.The aim of research is development of theoretical positions and applied principles of evaluation and development of corporate culture of machine-building enterprises. The methods of research are: induction, systematization and generalization, expert estimations, statistical and comparative analysis, ekonomical,mathematical, cross-correlation analysis, approach of the systems. The method of determinаtion of types of corporate culture and methodical recommendations is improved from rating of corporate culture. Got subsequent development of interpretation of category „corporate culture”, principles of corporate culture and model of development of corporate culture. Five groups of indexes of evaluation of corporate culture are first offered. Results are inculcated in activity of organs of executive power, machine-building enterprises, and also in an educational process.
