Object - the process of postgraduate education of pedagogical staff; aim - to find out the influence of scientifically and methodologically grounded means directed at personality-oriented teaching of students on the efficiency of their training during postgraduate pedagogical education; methods - theoretical, empirical: diagnostic, observational, prognostic, of pedagogical experiment, statistic; novelty - for the first time the stages of personality-oriented teaching technology in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education are substantiated: diagnostics of students' social and pedagogical experience, organization of differentiated teaching based on working out individual programmes of study and analytical-corrective stage; the qualimetric model for assessing the quality of postgraduate education of the students of administrative specialities is worked out; results - means for the realization of the personality-oriented teaching technology stages during the work with students with different socialand pedagogical experience in postgraduate pedagogical education are worked out; the teaching manuals "Essential didactic matters", "Modern didactic technologies", "Teaching activity management", "Business role-play as a method of teacher's active learning" and teaching recommendations on the problem of personality-oriented teaching are published.
