Political and legal grounds for ethnic-national minorities' rights realization in contemporary Ukraine. The thesis is devoted to complex studying of political and legal issues related to guaranteeing of ethnic-national minorities' vital activities in contemporary Ukraine. Different approaches of Ukrainian and foreign researches towards analysis of the issue of national minorities' rights protection and ascertaining the essence of the term "ethic-national minority" are examined. Basic stages and peculiarities in forming and evolution of Ukrainian legal system of ethnic-national minorities' rights guaranteeing and protection are studied. The newest trends in international law and key problems of Ukrainian legislation in the sphere of national minorities' rights protection are analyzed.
