Lytvyn O. Administrative and law regulation of government officials' status in Ukraine

The thesis work is a complex research of the administrative and legal regulation of a civil officer's status in Ukraine. This research contains a chain of theoretical principles and practical recommendations enunciated as a result of the complex analysis of the administrative and legal regulation of a civil officer's status. The thesis work is dedicated to the research of the administrative and legal regulation of a civil officer's status in Ukraine. The author has substantiated general theoretical principles concerning the determination of a definition, functions and specifics of a civil service as well as its principles of functioning on the base of the systematical structural and functional analysis of the effective legislation and practice of the administrative and legal support of a civil officer's status. The work contains author's views on the solution of a problem concerning interpretation and implementation of the administrative and legal status of a civil officer and offers the ways of improvement of the legal determination of the status of certain categories of civil officers and substantiation of the procedures directed to the improvement of legal support of civil officers' legal responsibility. A part of work is dedicated to the determination of key aspects and particular procedures directed to the development of the administrative and legal estimation criteria of the effectiveness of a civil officer's activity and modernization of the administrative and legal status of a civil officer in Ukraine.
