Konovalova K. Prognostication of results and increase of efficiency of operations on the deep femoral artery at the chronic ischemia of lower extremity

Object - chronic ischemia of lower extremities, was caused by the occlusive - stenosal defeats of aorto-iliac and femoro-popliteal segments; the purpose - to improve the results of treatment of patients with the chronic ischemia of lower extremities on the basis of development of methods of prognostication of efficiency and optimization of technique of operations on the deep femoral artery; methods - clinical, laboratory, ultrasound, electrophysiological, X-ray angiography, kernel - magnetic resonance, experimental method of mathematical design, statistical; novelty - the mathematical model of blood stream is developed in the pool of deep femoral artery (DFA), the methods of prognostication of efficiency of revascularization of lower extremity are developed through DFA, testimonies are optimized and the technique of operative interferences is improved on DFA; results - an improvement and introduction of the developed complex of medical and diagnostic measures allowed to reduce the amount of unfavorableresults for patients with the chronic ischemia of lower extremity in 2.6 times, is introduced - into medical practice, in educational process; area - medicine.
