The dissertation is devoted to the problem of scientific grounded approach to the individual correction of climacteric syndrome in women with metabolic disorders, which can prevent development of severe climacteric and metabolic complications in postmenopause. It was found, that incidence of climacteric disorders in women with climacteric syndrome is 33,1 %. 37,6 % of women with metabolic disorders have got severe form of climacteric syndrome according to data of modificate menopausal index. Clinical and statistical analysis have showed, that patients with climacteric syndrome and symptoms of metabolic disorders have got testosterone level in blood higher on 60,1 %, triglycerides - on 38,7 %, cholesterol - on 16,5 % and LPLD - on 16,9 % if compare with women without metabolic disorders. 32,2 % of patients with combinations of climacteric and metabolic disorders have got testosterone level higher then population norm, one third of women- statistically significant decreasing of individual LPHD levels lower then 1,1 mmol/l, and half - increasing of triglycerides levels higher then 1,7 mmol/l. HRT with metabolic active prohestagen in women with climacteric and metabolic disorders in perimenopause allow decrease climacteric syndrome severity.
