Semenov V. Regional specialities of the state construction in Ukraine

Object of research: process of Ukrainian state building. Purpose: ascertaining of regional features of Ukrainian state building in history the pas and their influence out on this process on a modern stage. Methods: synthesis, systems analysis, division into periods, design, chronologic, retrospective, comparative-history. Results: in the instruments of science of state administration is entered definition "history region". Novelty: on the criterion of features state administrative relations is offered the division of modern territory of Ukraine on history regions, in the basis of which is the use of definition "history region". It is inculcated in activity of Department on the questions of home policy of Kharkiv regional state administration, in the educational process of establishments post higher education. Areas of use: state administration, regional administration, training and retraining of civil servants.
