The thesis is devoted to the clearance of the influence in vitro of peptidoglycans and lipopolysaccharides on secretory, metabolic activity and apoptosis of peripheral blood neutrophils and monocytes in vitro. It is shown that with the increase of peptidoglycans and lipopolysaccharides concentration and time of their contact with neutrophils and monocytes the count of apoptic cells is increased, the cytokine secretion is intensified and intracellular cyclic nucleotides concentration is changed. It is established that monocytes in comparison with neutrophils have larger secretory activity, stable intracellular cyclic nucleotides content and stability to the apoptogenic action of peptidoglycans and lipopolysaccharides. The stimulating potential of lipopolysaccharides was higher than in peptidoglycans independently from dose and time of interaction. The intracellular content of cyclic nucleotides in neutrophils and monocytes with CD95-positive and CD95-negative phenotype that contacted with peptidoglycansand lipopolysaccharides is established for the first time.
