In dissertational work generalisation of changes of humoral factors, activity sympaticoadrenal and a renin-angiotensin-aldosteron of systems, and also a condition endotelial dependent hemostasis and fibrinolysis factors in comparison to indicators of arterial pressure, a circulation and a functional condition of a myocardium of a left ventricle at operated oncology sick women with an essential hypertensia I and II degrees is spent. The restoration prospect antikoahulations and fibrinolisis blood plasma potential is scientifically proved at application noliprel and moxonidine. It is shown, that at operated oncology sick women with an essential hypertensia the choice of antihypertensive therapy should be performed depending on in addition performed operation of an ovariectomy. So, a preparation of a choice at patients with in addition spent operation of an ovariectomy is moxonidine, and in group of patients by which it was not spent additional оperation ovariectomies - a combination perindopryl and indapamid (noliprel).
