Chayka S. Philosophical intentions of G. I. Chelpanov's creation.

The thesis is dedicated to the research of philosophical intentions of G.I.Chelpanov's creation, discovering of the significance of his individuality as a representative of the Ukrainian Academical philosophy at the end of the ХІХth - at the beginning of the ХХth centuries, his place in it, finding out of the estimations of the scientist's views by his contemporaries and by his successors. His whole life is observed and reconstructed on the basis of the historically-philosophical and comparative analysis of the creative heritage of the thinker and the available literature about him, his main philosophical constructions, cosmological, ontological and gnosеological problems. It is being proved that contradicting to the existing estimation of Chelpanov only as the founder of psychology in Ukraine and Russia and the organizer of science only, he was extraordinary philosopher with his own style of philosophical considerations, view of philosophical problems and the ways of their solving, which went outof the borders of the classical philosophical discourse of the ХІХ - ХХ centuries. The philosophical intentions of the G.I.Chelpanov's creation reflect the complexity and inconsistency of the national philosophical thought at the end of the ХІХth - at the beginning of the ХХth centuries and completely deserve to become an object of the systematic research not only in critical, but also in positive aspect.
