The conditions and factors influenced on the forming the national consciousness of the Ukraine population in the conditions of state independence were analyzed in the thesis. On the base of the analysis of sociological data the evolution of the main component of the Ukrainian national consciousness in the conditions of state independence was bollowed. The psychological conditions of the Ukraine population on the modern stage of the development of the country was determined. The Trends of the development of the national consciousness of the Ukraine population was forecasted.
