Thesis is devoted to research of the legal regulation as to the formation, alteration and maintenance of the joint-stock company share capital with the further due and effective protection of the corporate relations participants with the use of the share capital construction. The conceptions of the share capital, factors having influence at it formation and functions of the share capital have been given at the work. Special attention has been given to the problem of the protection of the interests of both shareholders and joint-stock company with attraction of the share capital and alternative protection of the creditors.
