Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of legislative process in Ukraine. In particular, it is considered historic-theoretical and methodological aspects of legis-lative process, the concept of lawmaking as versions legal creative activity is opened, complex research of problems of becoming and development of legislative process in the world and in Ukraine is lead. Features of modern legislative process in the separate countries are investigated, the special attention is given to studying of methodology of legislative activity. In work stages of legislative process are investigated. The problems arising at all stages of creation of laws are examined, and concrete ways of their decision are offered. On the basis of the lead researches it is produced concrete practical offers and recommendations on improvement of legislative process in Ukraine.
