Tkachenko E. Constitutional Law Regulation of Language Relations: Comparative Aspect.

The dissertation is dedicated to a complex investigation of legal regulation of language relations in Ukraine and foreign countries. The author investigates legal nature of such relations and their role in the system of the social relations. The general actual approaches of the meaning of state language are analyzed. It is determined general features and functions of state language, criteria of its separation from the official language. The author also studies language rights of national minorities. The general principles and factors which influence on state language politics are specified. The general issues of the language legal regulation are examined in the sphere of state agencies activity, justice, sciences, and information area of Ukraine.
