Romanenko E. Evaluation of Effectiveness and Efficiency of Euro-Atlantic Policy of Ukraine

The object is evaluation of Euro-Atlantic Policy of Ukraine. The objective is development of theoretic andmethodologicalprinciples of evaluation after the criteria of efficiency and effectiveness of Euro-Atlantic policy of Ukraine as tothe mechanism ofpublic administration. The methods are system analysis, reason and inherited analysis, analysis, synthesis,generalization,functional analysis and classification, formal and logical analysis. The newness is that the analysis of the theoryandmethodology going to the study of process of evaluation of policy and environment of making of public policy is carried out.Theresults are that the features of achievement of aims of evaluation of Euro-Atlantic policy are analysed and efficiencyandeffectiveness as criteria of evaluation of integration policy is described; maintenance and character of administrativeprinciplesof evaluation of realization of Euro-Atlantic policy is exposed; the evaluation of Euro-Atlantic policy as factor ofdemocratizationand development of civil society is analysed and recommendations to increase of effectiveness of the publicadministration inthe field of Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine is offered.
