Fedchun N. Conflicts in activity of organs of local self-government: reasons, ways of decision and prognostications

The object is the activity of local self-government in modern Ukrainian society. The objective is the scientific justificationof methodological approaches to revealment of the reasons of origin of conflicts throughout the activity of local self-governmentand foundation of the ways of their decision and prognostication. The methods are analysis, synthesis, comparison, induction,deduction, formal-juridical, system approach, comparative-legal, historical, expert evaluation. The newness is that complexanalysis of the reasons of origin of conflicts throughout the activity of local self-government is done as well as the classificationof these reasons is proposed. The results are that main models of the organs of executive power and local self-governmentactivity are described; alternative approach to solving conflicts and conflict situations is exposed; legal framework of activity ofregional organs of management in Ukraine is analyzed; functionally-organizational and socially-economical contradictionswhich arise between the organs of executive power and local self-government on the regional level are described, ways of theirdecision and prognostication are proposed.
