Dissertation is complex research of mutual relations between mass medias and organs of state power as an organic constituent of the political system. In dissertation research the evolution of approaches is analysed to the mutual relations of MASS-MEDIA with public organs. The process of forming of mutual relations is studied between mass medias and imperious institutes in modern Ukraine, the system of the legislative adjusting of activity of Ukrainian mass-media and their participating is Analysed in the political processes of Ukraine, the features of state administration of MASS-MEDIA, their mutual relations, activity are found out with private business and public organs. The role of mass-media is found out in the process of democratization of society.
