Petrenko V. Emotional disorders on male coronary heart disease patients, included sexual function disorders

The thesis developed system of differential treatment of emotional disorders on male patients with coronary heart disease with disorders of sexual function, based on a complex clinical, pathopsychological study of the structure and features pathopsychological mechanisms. Studied the clinical characteristics and pathopsychological syndromal structure of emotional disorders on patients with coronary heart disease with disorders of sexual function is determined. Identify the features of emotional and emotive sphere and typological characteristics of personality according to psychodiagnostic studies in patients with coronary heart disease with disorders of sexual function. Established ratio of neurotic and personality disorders and determine their degree of mutual obligation. Identified features of violations of sexual function in the examined groups of patients. Approbation of the proposed therapy has proved its high efficiency.
