Korma O. Nematodes complex wood of a pine ordinary (Pinus sylvestris L.) Polesye of Ukraine and methods of their monitoring

The existing methods have been improved and new methods of nematological monitoring for phytoparasitic nematodes of pine wood have been elaborated. There have been analyzed the species composition and structure of pine wood Nematodes complex, which includes 32 species, 23 genera, 15 families, 4 orders, and carrier beetles of Ukrainian Polesye. Taxonomic and ecotrophic analysis of the explored species has been carried out. There has been established the species composition of the carrier beetles of nematode Bursaphelenchus mucronatus Mamiya et Endo under the conditions of Ukrainian Polesye. For the first time on the basis of the advanced study of varied information there has been carried out the analysis of phytosanitary risks of manifestation, acclimatization and potential injuriousness of nematode Bursaphelenchus xylophilus (Steiner et Buhrer) in Ukraine. The stages of monitoring of the pine fading disease producing agent, that is nematode of Bursaphelenchus genus have been worked out.
