Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of features of functioning of religious sphere of a modern Ukrainian society, places in it of the new religious organizations, and also process of religious conversion. The classification, acting on territories of Ukraine of the new religious organizations, and also specificity of their regional distribution is presented. On an example of newcharismatic churches the author considers administrative mechanisms used by the new religious organizations and methods of construction of own organizational structure.
