Essay

The object of investigation is the process of labour stimulation of the staff of the processing industry enterprises, introducing the innovations. The goal of the Dissertation is to summarize the conceptual frameworks regarding foundation of economical mechanism of labour stimulation of the staff working in innovative activities of the industrial enterprise and to develop methodological provision for its fulfillment. The following methods of investigation as well as instruments were involved: the method of system analysis, induction and deduction, classification, economical and mathematical, statistical, comparative analysis, interview, the method of expert judgment, graphical method. Among the theoretical and practical results are: the improvement of the economical mechanism of labour stimulation in the sphere of innovative activities, the approach to evaluation of expert’s contribution to the result of department activity as well as department’s contribution to the result of enterprise’s activity, the methodological recommendations regarding stimulation of the staff being active in innovation activity intended for system correction in financial stimulation, modeling of the conditions for intellectual development activization, the growth of the staff’s innovative activity; the further development received: the approach to building of the system of experts being involved in innovative activity labour stimulation, methodological approach to an effective recruitment of the personnel for taking part in an innovative project based on evaluation of the experts’ innovation potential at an enterprise. The practical importance of the obtained results consists in improvement of the effectiveness of enterprise’s personnel innovation potential utilization as the result of the introduction of achievements, mythological approaches and recommendations. Referring to the subject and the level of implementation: the results have been introduced to practical activity at the following enterprises: SPE “Khartron Plant” Ltd., SSPE “Obiednanya Communar”, SE KMP “FED”. The sphere of usage: the operational activity of the machine building enterprises, the educational process.
