The peculiarities of thermoresistive, thermoelectric and magnetic properties of Si1-xGex whiskers, doped with boron, <B,Hf> and <B,Au> impurities to concentrations corresponding the dielectric side of metal-insulator transition, at the influence of magnetic field and strain in the wide range of temperatures have been established and were used for production and estimation of parameters of thermal sensors, operable at the influence of external destabilizing factors.
