Essay

Work is devoted the decision of problem of increase of accuracy measuring the RMS voltmeters of the impulsive spectral saturated signals by means of account errors, conditioned influencing of not informing parameters (NP), and their settings of norms by the impulsive many-values measures of RMS voltage with changeable NP. Influencing of NP of impulsive signals of different forms and models of transmission descriptions of entrance channel of voltmeters is probed, including a connecting cable, on the error of measuring of RMS voltage. The criteria of choice of forms of impulsive tester signals are grounded with changeable NP and offered approach to setting of norms errors. New structural and technical schema decisions, allowing to attain the increase of exactness of reproducing of RMS voltage in facilities of tests of voltmeters - impulsive many-values measures with changeable NP, are developed. The methods of increase of exactness of many-values measures of permanent voltage are developed, using classic principle of intermediate PWM transformation.
