Semenyshyn O. The ecologic and epidemiologic characteristic of ixodal tick-borne borreliosis in west ukrainian region

The dissertation is devoted to revealing and study of activity of the ixodal tick-borne borreliosis (ITBB) natural fosies on territory of west ukrainian region, revealing them epidemiologic features and development of the scientific methodical documents for improvement of epidemiologic supervision for ITBB. As a result of execution of job is established existence of the endemic natural fosies of ITBB on territory of west ukrainian region. The main reservoirs and vectors of B. burgdorferi s.l. and level by their natural infectious are determined. The parameters of infection risk of the population, living in different landscape-geographical zones of region, are received. The epidemiologic features and spectrum of clinical displaysis of ITBB at the patients are revealed. The district of territory on intensity of epidemic displaysis is carried out. On the basis of complex of ecologic and epidemiologic researches for treatment-and-prophylactic institutions and sanitary-epidemiologic services the scientifically proved scientific-methodical and instructive materials are developed. These documents are offered for improvement of epidemiologic supervision for ITBB.
