Grytsan O. Legal Foundations of Ecologic Control of Entrails of the Earth Use and Protection

The dissertation is devoted to problems of complex and detailed research of organization-legal support of the earth use and protection control in Ukraine. Essence and correlation of concepts: "entrails of the earth use", "utilization of entrails of the earth", "rational use of entrails of the earth", "entrails of the earth protection" is revealed. Scientific periodization of legal and organization support of the activity in the field of entrails of the earth use and protection control is done. Main attention is paid to the analyses of legal regulation of state authority bodies' activity, local self-government and citizens of Ukraine in the sphere of entrails of the earth control realization. Concepts of State, self-government and civil control of entrails of the earth use and protection, their legal basis are researched. Analysis of current legislation of Ukraine, countries of Community of Independent States and West Europe is researched. Chain of proposals as for the improved of legal regulation relationships in the sphere of entrails of the earth use and protection control is formulated on the basis of these.
