Purpoze of investigations – evaluation and development of the electromembrane treating nourishing water on process saccharose extracting. Methods – electro-metry,electrochemical, physical-chemical, ex-perimental data optimization. Novelty – it has been thet usage of a modified bipolar membrane with the improved electrochemical performances provides pinch of efficiency of electromembranous opening-up extragent.
