Mel'nychuk M. Basic foundation of administrative-law activities of high-level officials at executive authorities

Dissertation research is devoted to the complex analysis of the system of organizational and law relations, which are folded in the organs of executive power during realization of state administration by leaders which have status of civil servants and development of basic ways of its improvement. Administrative-methodological principles of administrative activity of leaders of organs of executive power are considered, administrative and legal regulation of mechanism of administrative activity in the organs of executive power, and also administrative and legal aspects of perfection of administrative activity of leaders of organs of executive power. In dissertation suggestions are expressed in relation to bringing of amendments and supplements to the legislation of Ukraine about government service, with the purpose of improvement of the system of forming of shots of organs of executive power.
