The dissertation is devoted the important and actual mediko-social problem - increase of efficiency of complex intensive therapy of patients with the acute cerebral insufficiency caused by a heavy craniocereberal trauma or a brain stroke, by working out of individual techniques of carrying out pharmacological and not pharmacological antihypoxic therapy on the basis of studying of functional condition of CNS and humoral status.
