Reznichenko N. Treatment of Acne Vulgaris Patients with the Use of Nootropic and Metabolic Preparations

The thesis is dedicated to solving a scientific problem concerning increase of treatment efficacy and life quality of patients suffering from acne vulgaris based on the energy metabolism, system of lipids peroxide oxidation, antioxidative system, sympathoadrenal and vagoinsular system as well as skin autoflora data study. The influence of socio-economic, domestic and psychological factors on acne vulgaris development and course has been determined. Acne vulgaris patients exposed pathogenic alternations in cellular energy metabolism, system of lipids peroxide oxidation, antioxidative system, central and vegetative nervous system regulation, erythrocyte membrane permeability, endotoxicosis increase, skin and intestine dysbacteriosis development. Acne vulgaris patients treatment method by means of nootropic and metabolic preparations alongside with poliprobiotic has been derived.
