Essay

The thesis is dedicated to ascertaining contrast peculiarities according to cancer-resistance of different species and sorts of potatoes, as well as to the development of tumours on potato plants infected with the agent of cancer. On the basis of model tests a various quality of albuminous spectrum and its aminoacid composition was determined by means of infecting cancer-resistant and cancer-susceptible sorts of potatoes. The distinction between potato plants infected with the pathotypes of the agent of cancer Synchyntrium endobioticum (Schilb). Perc. was established. The results of biochemical researches were used for the detection of the agent of a disease, its differentiation and identification of pathotypes of the agent of cancer in the centres. The study of a degree of potato resistance to the infection with the agent of cancer by means of infrared spectroscopy can be used for diagnostics on resistance.
