Lyakh S. Marital Disadaptation and its Psychological Correction at Anancastic Personality Disorder at Men

The thesis is devoted to the studies of marital adaptation state at men with anancastic personality disorder (APD). 93 married couples have been studied, causes, conditions, development mechanisms of marital disadaptation were defined on the basis of interdisciplinary approach. Social, psychological, social and psychological, biological causes of marital adaptation disorders are defined. Forms of marital disadaptation at husband's APD are defined. Somatosexual, psychosexual disorders, self-estimation level, personality peculiarities of men with APO have been established. Peculiarities of marital relations depending on psychopathologic process have also been established. Psychocorrection measures aimed at improvement of marital adaptation using methods of rational, cognitive psychotherapy, autogenic training, sexual erotic training have been proposed. System of psychocorrection measures is based on the principles of complexity, differenciality, consistency and stages and is addressed at three personality subsystems: intraindividual, metaindividual, interindividual and aimed at improvement of interpersonal relationships, heightening empathy level, general and sexual behavior adaptation. This complex proved to be quite effective with the given patients.
