Object of research: process of the realization anti-crises management of machine-building of enterprise; Objective of research: improvement anti-crises component of management and its management instrument, which are directed on conservation of efficiency to activity enterprise of machine-building; Research methods and apparatus: methods the analysis and synthesis, comparison (for research of methods of the diagnostics of crisis situation); the observations, expert estimation, software-target and linear programming (for making more precise of offered anti-crises actions, at elaboration of the adaptive model of restructuring of enterprises, determination of stage forming and realization anti-crises strategy of management). Theoretic and practical results: the methodical approaches on using main functions of anti-crises component of management of machine-building enterprise; the advanced theorist-methodical approaches on forming and realization anti-crises strategy of management enterprise; Novelty: methodical approach to realization of adaptive restructuring of machine-building enterprise, it uses the analysis of the main key factors of vital activity of the enterprise on six offered functional components that allows on early stage to define the signs of the crisis and directions their overcoming; Introduction: Joint stock Association "Motor-Sich" (Zaporozhye), Joint stock Association "Zaporozhtransformator" (Zaporozhye), in the academic process of ZSEA; Use sphere: management of the state administration and the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine, machine building plants, the academic process.
